In this role based in our Tel-Aviv, HQ offices, you will lead the employee experience and social responsibility activities for the Israeli site , plan and execute the global OD programs, reporting to the HR Director.

Key aspects of the role:

Plan and execute an innovative, yearly employee experience plan, company events including social responsibilities projects from the beginning till completion that match our work environment and culture needs, in collaboration with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
Support the day-to-day employees life cycle activities
Own and track the annual budget and planning
Plan and execute and employees’ recognition programs, soft skills workshops, performance review process, global training, and other engagement programs
Work in collaboratively with the local and global HR team to execute the different programs.
3+ years as a global employee experience in a global High-Tech company - a must
Experience in end-to-end execution of large-scale people experience events - MUST.
+1 year Previous experience in OD domain- advantage
High level of English and Hebrew, both spoken and written - MUST.
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure, and have an eye for detail.
Fast learner with a can-do approach and the ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills.
Good personal engagement and collaboration skills, ability to build trust and engagement with managers, employees and stakeholders.
Relevant university degree - Advantage
Knowledge in working with Bob/ - Advantage.
