About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join Swimm’s marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of the business-critical function and take part in building a tier-A digital marketing machine.
Some of the role’s responsibilities include:
Lead the strategy and execution of our digital marketing efforts, driving high growth through search and display paid channels (PPC).
Develop a performance marketing strategy that accelerates both self-sell sign-ups and quality B2B lead generation.
Take part in defining our overarching channel strategy, overseeing agency management, tracking and understanding channel performance, and driving channel growth.
Measure key metrics, analyze results, formulate new strategies to improve ROI, scale paid media channels, and methodically test variables to identify what works best.
Identify new revenue opportunities, unlock new paid channels, market segments, target audiences, creative styles, and effective messaging that can be used to drive growth.
Work closely with the design and content teams to conceptualize, launch and optimize campaigns that drive demand and raise awareness of our product and brand.
Create and monitor performance reports for all paid channels, sharing optimization and strategy feedback with other team members and keeping a pulse on our paid media spending and returns.
Your qualifications and experience:
5+ years of experience as a Performance / Digital Marketing Manager at a SaaS B2B company.
Proficiency with all ad platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook...)
Strategic, analytical thinker and disciplined tactician.
Creative marketer and storyteller.
Tech savvy - experienced with GTM and pixel implementation.
Previous experience with marketing to developers - Advantage.
Fluent in English.
