Tipalti is looking for an experienced Technical Writer to provide documentation for our APIs, Help Center, Release Notes, online Guides, training materials and other technical materials. You should have proven experience in a technical field and have a strong ability to evaluate and analyze complex information, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

This position reports to the Director of Product Content Experience out of our Tel Aviv office.

Responsibilities:

Craft Help Center, Release Notes, online guides, and training material documentation that is clear, concise and easy to understand
Create documentation and code samples for our APIs’ different audiences while ensuring cross-platform consistency
Convert complex workflows, code, PRDs, mockups, tech specifications, and integration processes into user friendly guides
Develop images, drawings, sketches, diagrams and charts to accompany the documentation
Collaborate with our team of outsourced technical writers
Work with with different organizational stakeholders to define, design and deliver world-class technical documentation

Requirements:

5+ years of experience writing professional technical documentation in impeccable English, preferably with at least 2 or more years of management experience
Understanding of the software development life cycle
Experience using XML tools to create documentation
Experience collaborating with R&D and Product to balance design and UI while refining content and creating screenshots, visuals and diagrams
Superior written and verbal English communication skills
Previous experience in FinTech-advantage
Proficient Hebrew speaker–advantage
