Objectives of this Role:
• Drive the product planning process across cross-functional teams of the company
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successful achieved
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans Responsibilities
• Hands on – manage and write product requirements from high level concept to detailed requirements and act as the products subject matter expert to all stakeholders
• Make it happen - drive the product life cycle from ideation to launch and successful commercialization
• Manage and prioritize features and requirements while adhering to regulatory requirements
• Work closely with developers, marketing, and sales teams/ account managers/ Professional services to execute the product roadmap
• Partner with R&D and engineering teams to conduct proof of concepts for new initiatives
• Monitor and analyze the products’ KPI’s
• Perform ongoing competitive and customer needs analyses
Desired experience and skills:
• 2-4 years in product management of multidisciplinary product
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
• Experience in Hardware/Software based products/Applications
• Experience in medical device IoT ecosystems or similarly heavily regulated industries markets (HIPAA, CE, FDA) – an advantage
• Experience working on cross-team projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English
