Job Description: Technical support engineer L1:
As a member of our Zerto Technical Support team, you will provide first-level technical support to Enterprise customers, Cloud Service Providers, and business partners.
What you’ll be doing:
- You will be part of the L1 team that provides support in the EMEA region but will also provide support to customers from all over the world.
- You will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving customers’ technical issues.
- You will investigate and troubleshoot technical issues through remote sessions on customers’ sites.
- You will be familiar with Zerto's technology, workflows, and best practices.
- You will be creating knowledge base articles, both for the internal Zerto audience and external to our customers.
- You will work closely with our customers on a daily basis.
- You will work closely with our L2 team on a daily basis.

- Basic knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP and other networking concepts.

- Must be self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and efficiency and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working days are Monday -Friday.

- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization solution.
- Experience with public cloud virtualization solutions such as Azure and AWS.
- Experience with Linux.
