We are:

The finance team, responsible of account payable, payroll process, budget, the day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing process. We are responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax regulations and business obligations, through planning ahead and enabling the infrastructure needed to provide the company’s extensive growth.

You will:

Ongoing, day-to-day advice on financial and operational matters, such as:

Cash flow management and payments to vendors

Work closely with the Operations and HR teams

Checking payroll

Preparation of periodic and yearly financial reports

Building and preparing different reports for the use of board

Assist in the process od building the annual budget and maintain an up to date BVA.

Managing capitalization process of different projects

Ad hoc reporting/projects as needed

Support accounts payable cycle, including processing multi-currencies invoices, new vendors setting up, approval flow maintenance, etc.

Work in a multicurrency and international environment

Representation to the tax authorities tax exposure and banks.

Compliance with local law in the relevant jurisdictions including preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns, and other reports

REQUIREMENTS

You have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting - a must
Certified CPA - a must
2 + years of Previous experience as a Assistant Controller from a fast-growing global tech organization - a must
Experience with supporting the preparation of consumption tax reporting and filing - a must
Very strong fluency in Microsoft Excel (Functions, VLOOKUP, Pivot etc.) - a must
Strong analytical skills, financial modelling, accounting, problem-solving and organizational skills
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills – a must
Fluency English (spoken and written) – a must
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
