About The Position
As a Technical Writer at SQream, you should have a good understanding of documentation standards.

You have the necessary interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with colleagues from different teams. As a Technical Writer, you’ll be part of the product team, and you will establish, create and enhance an ecosystem of content for our users. You will help our customers deploy and use SQream. By developing high-quality content, you will ensure customer success when using SQream.

Responsibilities

Determine the needs of users of technical documentation
Work closely with R&D and Product subject-matter experts to identify the required content
Edit material prepared by other technical staff to improve the content
Incorporate drawings, diagrams, tables, and code samples to increase users’ understanding of the material
Maintain content management tools and platforms
Create high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate, and is easy to use
Maintain our documentation to reflect the various versions of the product

Requirements
2 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation
Native-level proficiency in English with excellent writing skills
Experience writing technical documentation for complex software products
Ability to translate complex systems, code, implementation, and integration processes into easily understandable information for customers
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
A team player with great communication skills

Advantages

SQL querying language experience.
Experience with BI and database products/terminology
Experience documenting modern cloud-native K8S environment.
Experience with GitHub
