What You'll Do:

Own the end-to-end payroll process for our Israeli entity’s monthly payroll, including ongoing maintenance and regulatory filing
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Reports to authorities -Tax, VAT, Social security
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Update and maintain the general ledger
Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transaction
Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system
Manage AP balances including processing vendor invoices, maintaining approval flow and payments.
Upload bank transactions data & preforming bank reconciliations
REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience - must
At least 1 year payroll controller experience - must
Level 2 Bookkeeping diploma - must
payroll controller diploma - must
Experience with Priority, NetSuite - big advantage
Experience with implementing new ERP systems and other related applications - advantage
Fluent in English, speaking, reading and email communication
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
