Your day-to-day will consist of:

Build the company’s cloud-native solution to scale in a fast-paced, Agile environment to support our rapidly evolving business.
Develop high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software systems.
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through our product development, design, and deployment
Manage the group’s metrics and KPIs based on R&D and company goals.
Mentor and support the growth of individual contributors, and tech leads
Build solutions for complex, large-scale problems spanning lots of different technologies like, Go, K8S, containers / IaC, and cloud
Spend about 50% of your time on hands-on development
Requirements

3+ years experience managing development teams
7+ years in software development, primarily in a SaaS environment that uses Agile methodology, experience with Java/C#/Node.JS/Go programming
Fast learner, able to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
DevOps\Cyber industry experience – advantage.
