As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a Backend Team Leader to join our awesome team!

We’re looking for a talented Team Leader that has experience in Backend development, with strong technical capabilities as well as business orientation and understanding of the "bigger picture".
The right candidate will define and scope the future of cybersecurity asset management, lead one of the most advanced solutions out there and protect millions of devices used by leading companies worldwide.

What will you do?
Lead a talented team that drives the company to new levels
Be hands on coder and an effective manager
Mentor, support and grow team members
You will work closely with Product Management, Customer Success from inception to end product
Requirements:
At least 2 years of managing a team of developers while being hands-on
At least 4 years of experience with Python
Made a significant contribution to the success of two or more team projects
Strong execution and coordination skills, project management skills
Dealing with complexity - able to create high level models for complex systems with many details
