We're currently preparing to scale. We have a functional product with users around the world and we're just about to accelerate our growth. This means that we're looking for an analytical, results-driven Senior Back End developer who will help us achieve this goal.

What will you do?

• Work in a high cadence environment and deliver top-quality products.
  Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.

• Study industry trends, create or improve back-end processes and codes, and work with others to design a better program.
  Lead integrations with the latest technologies and 3rd parties.

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
  Analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, QAs, and managers to solve exciting and challenging issues for delivering scalable technology worldwide.

• Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards.

• Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.

• Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.

What will you need to succeed?

• 4+ years experience as a Back End software developer.

• 2+ years experience in development with Micro Services and Spring Boot.

• Experience with AWS - advantage!

• Experience with Postgres - advantage!

• A technical mindset with great attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.

• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
